Finally, a skate shoe made just for you!
The Nike SB Day One is the
first Nike skate shoe made from the ground up specifically for kids. Its
skate-specific tread and Zoom Air unit help give you the grip and
cushioning you need to keep pushing and trying new tricks. We added mesh
up top to help make them breathable while durable suede overlays break
in easily to help give you the flick and feel you love.
Air You Can Feel
Snappy Zoom Air unit helps provide added heel cushioning to give you the comfort you need to skate all day.
Boardfeel
We
know how important it is to be able to feel the board under your
feet.
it's what helps you control your board. The lighter and more
flexible the shoe, the better the boardfeel. With that in mind, we
pulled out as much excess foam as we could from these shoes to reduce
their overall weight and increase their flexibility.
Durable and Breathable
Cupsole Construction? What's That?
We
used a process called cupsole construction to make these shoes. It
means the bottom and top of the shoe are two separate pieces that then
get put together.
