Capita The Equalizer Snowboard by Jess Kimura
Women's All-Mountain + Freeride Snowboard · Directional Hybrid Camber
The Equalizer is a high-end all-mountain board designed specifically for women, developed in collaboration with pro rider Jess Kimura. Its custom hybrid camber profile gives positive camber through the inserts for carving control, while reverse camber in the nose and tail boosts float in powder. The Resort V2 directional camber with Flat Kick tip and tail combines a raised camber platform through the inserts for high-speed edge hold with elevated contact points for float in powder and faster, more aggressive transitions. A META Core™ tunes the flex for all-mountain terrain, Technora™ Flax Boosters add longitudinal power, and a Quantum Drive™ sintered base rounds out one of the more technically advanced constructions in Capita's women's freeride line.
Product Features
Resort V2 Directional Camber + Flat Kick Tech
A raised camber platform through the inserts retains high-speed edge hold through variable terrain, with elevated contact points for float in powder and Flat Kick tip and tail arcs for faster, more aggressive transitions.
PLT Topsheet Technology™
A topsheet bonded directly onto the already-pressed board for a featherlight, smooth, high-gloss finish without solvents or toxic lacquers.
HolySheet™ Tri/Bi & Magic Bean™ Resin
A fiberglass configuration with a higher roving count for a stronger, more responsive board without adding extra weight.
META Core™
An extremely lightweight P2 Superlight Core™ with added Beech stringers running through the inserts for increased strength and even snappier pop.
Technora™ Flax Boosters
Aramid fiber with excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance, interwoven with lightweight, all-natural flax for maximum turning and ollie power.
Quantum Drive™ Base
A progressive, high-density blend of compressed ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene that absorbs more wax for a faster, longer-lasting ride.
